PFL Super Fights: Battle of the Giants is now complete, as the anticipated return of Francis Ngannou against 2023 PFL heavyweight champion Renan Ferreira didn’t last too long.
Ngannou needed less than a full round to finish Ferreira, as after a series of grapping, the former UFC champ unleashed furious ground-and-pound on his opponent that forced the referee to stop the fight. Ngannou now adds a second promotional title to his resume.
In the co-main event, Cris Cyborg adds a fifth promotion’s title with a unanimous decision victory over two-season PFL champion Larissa Pacheco in a thrilling matchup.
In the Bellator middleweight title bout Johnny Eblen retains his belt as he defeated Fabian Edwards by unanimous decision in a rematch of a bout last year that Eblen won by knockout.
